About the Artist

RDS is a British artist based in the north downs of Kent. She trained at the Kent Institute of Art and Design in Canterbury before launching a career in television production. Her landscapes are inspired by many of the locations she filmed through her 30 years of working in drama and documentaries – including much of Europe, America, India, North Africa and the UK, and capture the colours and light that are so specific to these locations.
