New artist Andreas Claussen

We are delighted to announce the arrival of new original artwork by the talented Andreas Claussen, who is a new and exciting addition to our portfolio.

Born in Germany, Andreas combines the traditional techniques of drawing and painting into modern day technologies, such as 3D rendering. Andreas’ artwork is well known across the world, and he has previously exhibited in Europe, Canada, USA and South Korea, whilst also attending major art fairs in his home country of Germany, which is where he currently resides.

Having previously been known for his seascapes, Andreas has recently been working on a collection known as FLOOD. The series features a lonely astronaut who is sent into the vastness of a flooded earth. Armed with nothing more than an inflatable flamingo, he floats through the endless water and discovers the remnants of human culture. The innovative concept was created following the uncertainty of the environmental issues that surrounds us daily and between naysayers, utopians and conspiracy theorists, between broken supply chains and soaring energy prices, Claussen’s paintings are a welcome change.
